Making all forms on my site work

Though the site was just hosted and due to the nature of its intended functions, which require membership portal, membership levels, payments and profile generations and forums generation by members as to get members have good interactive session on the site. I noticed, after installing the theme, when tried filling all the forms available on the site (signing up, match searching, and membership registration), they all didn’t take me anywhere.
