Logo ( cartoon/character) for my brand.

I want to use this logo on clothing items such as hats , shirts , hoodies. Ill also use this logo for my future website and social media networks. Id like a mixture between a realistic and cartoon look. I would like a dollar bill cartoon ( but not to cartoonish). I want it to have ray ban club master style sun glasses on ( black tint). Also with a hat on backwards(black). I want him to be wearing the red leather jacket that Michael Jackson used to wear. I would like him to be doing the dab dance move with his arms. For his sneakers id like to be wearing the ones I attach on this post. ( black and red just like the photo to match the jacket. The whole vibe of this logo is to have a very cool looking dollar bill character/ cartoon to go with the message of my brand of making financial literacy [login to view URL] as you wish with any other features to the character as you see fit. I would like the body designs of the dollar bill to resemble a real one dollar bill.
