Small fix- my preivous developers have put all the django files in docker containers and have used rabbitmq. To launch it locally I have to launch the docker containers but i am not able to do that.

Docker and Docker compose will help to manage multi containers. Django application can be in one docker container and rabbitmq can be in another container. Communication between application and rabbitmq can be easily managed with Docker Compose tool. These images can be stored at private docker registry, so that it can be pulled and run at anytime(if required).
