I am the owner of a tutoring company that employs tutors all around my country. We looking to move all our communication with our tutors, clients and schedules to be done on the website. Step1 The tutor must be able to apply to be a tutor and we need a place they can summit their details. Details sent to tutor manager Step 2 Tutor manager approves and get a link to an online interview. We have standard questions we ask them, they need to answer these questions using their webcam. We need to get the videos and look over them then. Tuition manger approves. They get a mail all is well they just need a police clearance and they have to upload Tuition manager check and approves then they have access to the jobs advertised and they can apply. When client get to our site, there is search what subject do you need assistance with, as they type it must make recommendations. If it is something we have they should just choose it, if not they can type it but it must send an alert to tutor manager that it’s a new subject. If they approve it will be added to the list if they decline it. It will not be added to the list of subjects. Client is asked for name surname email and contact no. They immediately get a mail that says welcome and continue. They can still continue on the website. It will ask them for number of lesson level of subject and where it is a group, single or pair session. When they submit they will get a quote and an email will be sent with the same quote info. They can accept the quote and it will show them our bank detail and other options to pay for the lessons. The job is post for tutors to apply for immediate after they accept the quotes. When tutors apply they get a profile of that tutor. The tutor Must be able to Log in See jobs around his area be able to set the distance of how far jobs can he/she see Get email notifications if there is a job around them that is posted Be able to see his clients How much has he made so far Get a rating Be able to give clients feedback Give suggestions on how we can improve Be able to change his details bio and all Submit lesson plan The client Must be able to login Get all the details about the tutor they are working with See details on how long are the lessons they paid for and how many are left Their invoices Confirmation of payment Be able to extend lessons Be able to book new lessons with a different modules Must be able to give tutor feedback Get emails of the profiles of tutors who applied for your post Be able to accept one profile Tutor manager They must be able to log in Approve lesson plan submitted Create invoices Assign tutors to the jobs they have got the jobs for. Be chatting live with people who visit the site. Must be able to add and remove either tutor or a client Admin users They need to be able to add and remove, tutors, clients and tutor managers of the system.
