See Pregree I have been working with a developer for the past few years creating a website whose goal is to create an online college community. This is a pilot which will start at one university with the hopes of expanding to additional campuses if successful. The main components of this website are a rentals database, marketplace, and a community/advertisements section. The site also allows users to manage these sections via a my profile page. The rentals section is nearly completed with just some bugs to clean up. The Marketplace and Community sections need to be added to the site. The developer I had worked with previously is no longer working on the project. The rentals portion of the website enables Landlords to add their properties. Users can then filter, sort, review and contact landlords about those rentals. The marketplace allows students to buy and sell goods to/from each other. Students can filter, sort, bid and communicate about items in the marketplace. They can also manage their listings and communications via the my profile page. The community page is for general interactions between all the users of the website. Business/other users can post advertisements which will be purchased on a pay-per-click basis and students can make announcements for free. Each registered and non-registered user has separate functionalities and permissions. The user types are Student, Landlord, Business (to be changed from other) and non-registered users. Screen questions: Agree to a trial period where we setup small amounts of work at little to no cost to ensure competency and ability Have a functional test server I can test code before uploading to my server? The test server allows me the ability to review previous versions of code Will upload code and ensure code works properly on my server Agree to providing code, allowing me to review, give feedback and pay only once I am satisfied a particular functionality is working properly. All code must be received prior to payment. Are you available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) between the hours of 8 AM and 12 PM Eastern Standard Time for a 1 to 2 hr catch up every week Will you respond in a timely manner, (within 6 hrs) to any questions I have over skype and email? Are you fluent in written and verbal English? Will you provide unlimited design changes to website relating to the work we have completed together. i.e. text, font, orientation, shape, size, placement overall design of objects on site. Will you fix all bugs created as a result of work? You understand that all code is owned by me. How many other projects are you currently working on? How many programmers from your company or shop will be working on the effort? Will the site be fully functional, responsive and sensible on mobile? Will you provide free UAT and debugging services on the code you have developed?
