We are a UK based healthcare start-up requiring extremely talented and experienced web developer/designer(s). UX experience is a must, as is time served in comprehensive web builds. Our corporate identity has been built, and you will, of course, have access to all of this information. We require a comprehensive website, WordPress w/ plug ins or custom built, with the following components: • A static/infographic map of red zones • Online questionnaire • map of our practitioners • live chat feature • scheduling software in-built for initial consults for up to 30 different practitioners • payment method for initial consultation • direct debit facility for 12-month contracts with online signature/signing software • you will collaborate extensively with our talented copywriter and legal specialist to get to the finished product Our key website goals are: 1. Drive traffic to website (people searching for/ suffering from specific disease we specialize in) 2. Encourage users to self-diagnose using online questionnaire 3. Convert patients to book and pay for appointment with practitioner 4. Convert patients who have been diagnosed by practitioner to sign up to online direct debit plan We believe this website has the potential to be a self-contained system which runs itself to drive recurring revenue - providing careful consideration from the outset how we can remove the need for manual intervention/ administration. This will hopefully be achieved through: • Integration with an online scheduling system that enables customers to see practioner's available slots, book and pay for an appointment – maybe acuity. • Integration with direct debit providery/ or stripe • Linking signed T&Cs with direct debit form (patient may not be necessarily be the bill payer - e.g. parents paying for children) and delivery address without someone manually needing to link/ check them • Integration with delivery/ fulfilment system so after someone signs up to a direct debit, their details (dosage required, start/ finish date, delivery address) go instantly into our system without someone manually needing to add them This is an exciting project, for an innovative and radical healthcare startup based in London.
