Graphic Design for Tshirts

Hello all,
Greetings, I run an apparel business producing high-quality t-shirts for everybody in your family.
I am looking out for some great designs and following are my requirements:
• The design(/s) theme should be funky and single color (black/white)
• The design(/s) should be trendy and have latest patterns and techniques and should be pleasant to eyes
• Humorous yet subtle as we are family boutique
• Designs can be staggered across in a theme or a pattern or an outline (e.g.) if there are three t-shirts e.g. taking the Pixar ToyStory:
o 1st t-shirt (Father) – Woody
o 2nd t-shirt (mother) – Laurie
o 3rd t-shirt (son) – Buzz Lightyear
o 4th t-shirt (daughter) - Annie
o Similarly for couple (husband/boyfriend & wife/girlfriend) the designs should be in such a fashion that it starts from one t-shirt and ends in another e.g. like a half-broken love symbol in one t-shirt and another half Love symbol ending in another stating HIM & HER.
o On the same above theme, (brother & sister)
Please be informed these are just examples just to provide my point of view, would need your creative assistance in taking in random meaningful subjects.
• Tshirts colour: Grey, Black, White, Red, Green, Blue
The process for printing these shirts will be Screen printing, so please keep this in mind.
Note: Once we conclude the deal and finalize the submitted designs, these designs will be owned by my firm, with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed and emailed back.
This is a high-volume repetitive business, so I am looking for a long-term designer.
