Gardening Nerd Commercial

I need an animated commercial with 3 custom characters developed. STORY: Blonde haired middle aged guy with a gut and small shoulders looking weak, holding a hose and watering his garden. Two women walk by with a dog and he notices them, tries to get their attention while holding his limp garden hose barely spewing any water onto his dying plants, they giggle to each other, laugh, walk by, and ignore him. He gets sad and goes inside and you hear typing on the computer keys. He's now looking up the website for a medical testosterone treatment and finds the clients site (WILL DISCLOSE IN PRIVATE MESSAGE). The following week he's outside again watering his lawn but looking much more confident, his gut it gone, and his shoulder are broader. The same women characters walk by, his garden hose is no longer limp and is shooting out a consistent flow of water to his plants that look much better. The women who are chatting and stop dead in their tracks and wave to him with a big smile on both their faces, he smiles back but now has a twinkle in his eye and a glimmer in his teeth similar to the orbit commercials and as they walk away he gives a thumbs up and the company name drops in from the top in some sort of banner.
