FastMail needs a landing page redesign and a backend!

Dear Freelancer, we are FastMail, a german company, that is offering mail forwarding within germany. We want you to do some adjustments to our landing page and develop a backend system for our business. For the frontend we want to make some adjustments for easy editing. Our current version of our landing page was coded by a student and it is very difficult to edit everything. We want you to code a version in PHP and include footer and header, so if we need to change something, we just need to change the footer, or header in the PHP file. We also want a new website design. You can use the content of our old page and you will get all the source code files. Also we want you to code an online application form for our employees and potencial employees. We have source code for this from another project, that you can use. For our online application form we will first show the job description and than the application form. We can discuss this in detail, after you have been appointed for this project. Now to the specifications of the backend system: There will be some different users, that have access to this system: - Administrator - Support - Employees Our customers will get calls from our employees, when they have new mails, that need to be forwarded. The system has to do specific tasks: - Management of applications and employees - Employee management - Payment management - Cost and profit calculations First I will explain the employee management: 1. Management of applications and employees: On our website you will make an online application form for new employees. Our employees can send us their applications with that application form. In our backend system we can manage those applications. If we would like to hire an employee, we can automatically send him a message through the backend system. That message will contain his login credentials for our backend system. The backend system will then automatically add this new employee with his receiving mail address as an user to the system. 2. Employee management: In our system we will have an employee chat. This chat allows us to communicate with our employees, if they encounter any problems. We have the possibility to add one specific mail receiver for each employee, or if we didn´t specify one specific receiver for all mails, we can add a receiver for each single mail. Each employee gets a fixed payment each month of 75 Euro. We can adjust the payments in our backend system and specify them for all employees at the same time. Our employee has an overview about each payment, the receiver and his profit inside of his terminal. There he can see an overview. 3. Mail management: Our employees can add new mails. They add the mail information and if visible the senders information. Than our system will automatically calculate profits and costs. After the employee has added a mail, he will either see the mail receiver and a note on how to send the mail, or he sees a notification, that the receiver is added soon, if he is not sending everyhting to a single receiver. In our admin system we have an overview about each employee, the amount of mails he received and the mails and addresses he forwarded to. For every mail we can add a shipping label for the employee, so he can send the mail to the receiver. 4. Cost anf profit calculations: These calculations are already mentioned for the previous tasks. You can code this backend system with a framework like Yii with PHP, or JavaScript, or you could use a CMS like WordPress. This is up to you. We are only interested in an efficient result. After you have been choosen to do this project, we can discuss all tasks again in detail. The backend system for management can be coded in english, but the system for our employees need to be in german. We can do the translation from english to german.
