Exit intent popup script modification

I need a simple series of popups made. I already have the exit intent popup script. I need the popup to be customized and made the way it is described in the attached document. A few points if you want to get the job: 1) If you have not read the project, please don't bid. 2) The project must be finished in 24 hrs. This means it MUST be finished within the deadline. It is a very simple project with no complications, so no extensions will be given. 3) You must deliver good quality work that is well tested. If bugs are found the work will be rejected. 4) Don't ask me to come online for a discussion. The project is very simple and I have put all the information down in detail, including pictures. So if you don't understand the project move on. This is not the project for you. 5) No bid baiting. If you bid a low price and then try to negotiate a higher price you will be ignored. If you are a good programmer with good work ethics please bid.
