Design web posters for my career counselling website

Need to design 4 posters of size 900*600 depicting different stages of counselling which are: 1st picture- There is child confused in his thoughts about what is to be done with life. There can be question marks around the child/children thinking about different options aspects like school, money, location, growth. There needs to icons showing the above and also different major options like doctor, engineer etc. Add text: confused with too many options. 2. Second picture- Show a meeting of a counsellor and student where they are discussing something.
