Crypto Exchange Website

Dear sir or madam, With crypto currencies, people demand fast, safe and cheap exchange websites where they can securely and instantly deal with their money. This website is based on the possibility of finding the best exchange rate in the market. The website I plan to make will not more than one page. Basically, the homepage were people can simple type in the amount of say Ethereum they want to purchase, then they will type there Ethereum address and press “next”. Afterwards, they type in their Visa, PayPal or other payment information down and, well, pay. When the payment goes through, I would like that an email is sent to me with their Ethereum address and the confirmation of the payment. I will then transfer the Ethereum’s they payed for to the provided address. Another thing I will like to be added to my website is the ability for people to make accounts, but that should come in later. I will provide you with all the designs needed and a map of how everything should be. Of course there will be a service fee for each purchase made but the percentage I will send you later, it shouldn’t be more than 0.5 to 2%. My questions to you are; 1. How much will this cost me approximately? 2. What languages can you type into the website? The text will anyways be sent with the designs in Ai or PDF format. Whichever you prefer. Finally, since you guys are the professionals, you surely know about the web and web programming more than me. Therefore if you have any recommendations, I will be open to listen to them.
