Cleaning Service Quotation/Proposal Web App

I want a beautiful, simple quotation/proposal web application with online signatures. It will be used by staff who visit a site that needs cleaning. Staff would be able to use the software to automate the process, to type in some details from the site and produce a quote based on that. The quote will now form part of the proposal to be sent to the client (a number of customisable proposals would have been incorporated into the system) Here is a quick walkthrough of what is being expected of the app: 1. Admin - Login - Create/Register Staff Member as Users - Uploads word documents templates of cleaning proposals for Office, School, Hotel, etc to be saved as templates for future quotes 2. Staff Member/Admin - Select Template for the type of Service such as Office, School, Hotel, Church (See attached) Client Management - Create Client - List of existing client: can be seen only staff member their own clients. - Edit client Estimation Management - Staff can create the estimate by adding details to the criterion/fields already inputted on the system (see attached) and formula to calculate cost - multiply no of Cleaners Required x Number of days required in a week x Number of hours per day x 52 weeks or number of weeks if it is a school/12months or Number of Months if it is a school - Staff can take pictures of the site - User add the quote to the quotation section of the proposal - Costing is automated due to the formula already used - Import as a PDF Doc - Send the estimation via mail or share the application via email - Include functionality for Clients to be able to sign the PDF Proposal/Quote - Include functionality to be able to send a reminder Similar Concept: [login to view URL] I have more file to upload which I can not do here.
