I need someone to build me a website please.
The website is called Business Reference Agency. It will store simple data. Like: Name of business, Address, Sector, email.
Its function is to allow businesses to refer each other using the website and give them feedback based on rating from 1 to 10. 1 being very poor record which means the business referred should be avoided in dealing with. 10 being the highest score and indicates that the business referred is worth dealing with. The items used to assess in the referring are: 1-Satisfaction of work, 2-Ethics, 3-Communication, 4-Contract completion, 5-Compliance, 6-Payment, 7-Attitude and Additional comments. They are all rated from 1 to 10 (with exception to Additional Comments). This equals to a maximum of 70 points (70 being very Professional and good). So we need to store these data and have access to them.
How is it going to work:
1-Bussinesess owners sign up and become members.
2-Busninessess refer other business by using the Referring Form. We are going to need to store data about the businesses.
3-The searcher (member) uses the search page and searches for a specify business name using some basic search details.
4-The Results Page will show a similar report to the Referring Form. Showing the score that has total value of 70 points. So from 1 to 25 points it is Not good, from 26 to 45 Acceptable, from 46 to 70 Very good(Professional). These should be calculated automatically after the referrer fills in the numbers in the Referring Form when referring a business.
The pages needed in the website are as follows:
1-Logo and Name with the following heading details: " REPORT BAD BUSINESSESS, INCREASE PROFIT AND PROTECT YOUR BUSINESS WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL SYSTEM. NO MATTER WHAT BUSINESS YOU ARE RUNNING. FOR THIS USE B.R.A".
2-Sign up page, 3-Refer Page with a simple Form page (I can provide with the template of this form), 4-Payment page (At the moment it is Donations only), 5-Benefit of Using our website (BRA), 6-Terms and conditions, 7-FAQ, 8-Contact Us page, 9-The Search page, 10-The Results page which shows the same results as in the simple form used in Referring Form, 11-Appeal Page, 12-Forgotten Log In details page, Finally 13-We need access to the following:
• We need have access to the entire data base
• -We need to be able to search any Businesses
• -We need to get notifications on: New Subscriptions, when there is a new Contact us issues, If an Appeal is opened, when someone does Cancelation of subscription and the Forgotten Login details.
I do have more details explaining the complete points and features for each of the pages. I can send you them to you if you wish.
In addition we might consider it to have an Arabic language version.
Also do you deal with SEO and other advertisement? We might consider that depending on the fees. We would like the website to be global and target all business sectors.
Can I ask you to give me a quotes on the costs of work including the additional Arabic version and the advertisement fees and what do they include.
