I need a Blog/website 6 pages just like the blog I have now with all the features and functionality it has right now in the admin area. I need a password protected page for paid members only. I need for it to distribute each paid member a user name and password. Inside the password protected page i would like for it to function as a blog does, everytime i post a new post it post in order with the date. I need a terms and condition button that each person must click and agree to before they can pay. I need an automatic responder that sends each customer a message after they sign up for a membership. I need a membership subcription that will have recurring billing monthly. I need to intergrate a merchant account so customers can pay. I need a comment form. I need email subscription and feedburner. I need seo ranking optimisation. I need to be able to add meta tags. Customers and I need to be able to upload media, videos, music, pictures. I need a visit counter. I need for the website to be mobile compatible. I need to intergrate google analytics. I need to be able to add links. I need to be able to update and add pages at any time. I need to add a link to my current blog to redirect traffic to the new website. I need an easy to use admin area. I need to be able to update the blog and add pages at any time. I need to add electronic e-books to the blog so customers can buy and download from the blog. I need a copy of the website sent to me. I would like to use escrow. When the site is 100% complete, tested, functioning well, actively up and running and approved. Funds will be paid. I need 100% ownership of site.
