Project: New Website for employment testing

There will be 48 questions in 6 categories

Common Sense

Math

Mechanical

Electrical

Machining

Questions will not be in order by category but we would like them tallied by category as well as overall total.

I would like to be able to determine the order and change the order of question.

Questions and answers are provided and we would like to be able to modify these with an administrator log in. The questions will need to have the same font (Verdana), similar looking graphics and colors similar to our website ([login to view URL])

Our logo should be on all question pages and each question will be on its own page with page numbers 1 of 48, 2 of 48 etc.

Each page should have the following note.

“Reminder, it you do not know the answer it is better to skip the question than to guess”

We will need to generate a log in code and send it to potential employees along with the link to the site.

To log in they will need to provide

First Name

Last Name

Email address

Phone number

Log in Code

Results should include a summary for each category as well as a grand total:

Score %

Correct Answers #

Wrong Answers #

Unanswered #

Time per question

Timer per category

How many times the answer was changed

Total time per

A summary of the completed test sorted by incorrect answers and correct answers should also be emailed to the administrators along with color coded highlights for easy analysis. (green for correct, red for wrong)

Test results should be archived searchable and accessible by the administrators.

The questions and order of questions should be modifiable by the administrators

Email addresses to receive test results should be modifiable by the administrators.
