I want to start with a simple site which has a word press plug in and will primarily be using it as a blog at the beginning but will be adding other components to it moving forward. I am a realtor and would be interested in someone who is familiar with the IDX Exchange. I am also interested in someone who would have knowledge of SEO. Attached is the correct logo for my company and also the superman graphic for the main page. I have requested a higher resolution version of the superman graphic but this is what I have right now. I want it to format better than it looks currently on the splash page (is stretched out currently). The site: [login to view URL]

This is a one time project at first, but will be seeking someone to pay ongoing as an hourly rate moving forward so please let me know the hourly rate you require for this type of project.
