I want my new clients to get a professional and trustworthy feeling when they come in to the website. New clients: Will be able to fill out a aplication form. Witch are being sent to my bussines email - payment will be taking for aplication fee. Registartion/ profile making and own log-ins for their profiles. Where they are able to pay rent. Also i want my tenents say somethinh about them selfs. So it becomes esier to match roomates in the future for me gender/proffesion and so on. A also want reminder to be sent out by email if possible to their phone when rent is due. A page where avilibilty for room / apartment can be displayed. With pricing/month and pictures of the room/apartment.
