Image conversion into dots

The images averaging 200cm x 200cm in size, your file should be delivered for that size print, 300dpi JPG resolution, final files can be sent via dropbox or similar web service 2. The dots sizes will be 1mm - 20 mm 3. You can assign any size dot-circle from 1mm-20mm and any color you like to the created dots allowing for maximum visual effect 4.
