374453 Photoshop one photo

My goal is to use the attached photo for my new blog which will (ideally) have a white background. Elements requested: First, view the photo attached and tell me if it's of good quality or if I should get another shot taken (and if I should wear a non-white shirt) Then in either case, I'll want you to--- a) cut out all of the background so that we're left with just an outline of me b) clean up the photo (even the skin tones, remove shadows and blemishes, whiten teeth, etc) c) photoshop into the picture juggling balls. Only the balls are actually logos to Wordpress, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook d) provide me with the image files suitable for online and print.
