I want to create a small E-Book Cookbook using my grandmother's recipes. Currently the notes are in a 6900-word Google Doc that is in quite rough form. This project is solely to have the Google Doc content organized, formatted, and wordsmithed to the degree that the recipes are in their final state for the cookbook to be published via Kindle Direct Publishing. This will require making decisions like # recipes per page, the formatting used for recipes, and if we need to source additional information for certain recipes.
