Immediate ongoing WP developer & designer support for BuddyBoss site

I need your help to complete the development of my BuddyBoss site and make it beautiful. It needs to be designed for "mobile-first". You should have good coding skills and be able to write code that interacts with microservices. You should be skilled at using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). ***Experience with graph databases, linked data, and setting up federated queries is added bonus.
At present, there will be three phases. This is an agile environment so it's obviously subject to change.

> gamification (Gamipress plugin) ... make the site fun!
> create quiz (all content and calculations will be provided... just need to create the form)

Post-launch
> setup a directory
> integrate directory plugin
> design directory layouts
> implement membership tiers (MemberPress)
> integrate payment processing
