Freelance or part time Web Developer

We are a small business based in Prestwich Manchester We are developing a number of different projects which includes Database management. For example system to include, invoicing, web activity, personal data and much more. Individual we are looking for must be experience in the following, updating and maintain our website Front and back end. A minimum of 7 years’ experience is essential Knowledge in: ASP.Net, PHP, C#, Classic ASP, Microsoft SQL server (2005, 2008 and higher) including extensive use of T-SQL, SSIS/DTS and SQL Store Procedures. Visual Basic and VBA (version 6, 2008 & higher) Bootstrap. Windows desktop and server (versions 9x all the way through to 2013 server and windows 8.1) We are looking for a two day a week freelancer we are not looking at working with someone remotely but on site.
