10k High Quality USA Fans to my FB page

I have a newer Facebook fan page that I am in need of HIGH QUALITY USA LIKES to the page. This is NOT a job that will be rewarded for fake likes, bots, blackhat techniques, or the like. Likes must be stay for a long time on page. Dont use addmefast or any other similar service. No Fake Likes, No Fake Accounts Will Be Accepted. All fans/likes need to have picture and profile information as well as friends, Average 2000 to 2500 likes daily.
