Help me so facebook approve 'publish_pages' and 'manage_pages' rights

I am trying to pass the approvel of 'publish_pages' and 'manage_pages' rights for my facebook developer app. I have tried many times and it did not work. I am want to use those rights only for self purpose , so i can obtain an access token and i can create posts using php from my website to my pages that i own. Please, write down 'izdavam' as a keyword when you write your proposal so i know that you have read the whole description of the project. thanks!
