We need someone to help MD manage his workload. The tasks will vary from helping maintain existing tenants and find new tenants to somone arranging research. Duties • Data entry (logging)-Check rental payments have been received and then log them/Log receipts onto a spreadsheet • Complete forms- information will be supplied • General real estate duties • General VA duties to support MD • Website Research writing Skills • VA experience • Real estate experience (optional) • Excel • Word • Good English • Call centre experience (optional)
