VBA PROGRAM FOR DATA COPY AND SHIFTING

I have uploaded here an excel file in which a MACRO(VBA) program needs to be developed. It contains approximately 17 series of data e.g. column A to G represents 1st series, column I to T represents 2nd series and so on. There is a(one) column gap between each series. First series A to G and last series GW to HC need not be done anything. Programming is required for second series to 16th series of data. Each series contains a column heading TIME. Time generally starts from 9:16:00 for each series. But for some series time starts from different time e.g. for this source file, 2nd series time starts 9:16:00, 3rd series 9:18:00, 5th series 9:33:00 and so on. There is no guarantee of the extent of (Time) deviation for different series. When a new data is entered different series may have different extent of deviation. A Macro program needs to be developed to produce the result file, in which all data in the deviated series will be selected from second row to 376th row, COPIED downward equal to the extent of deviation. e.g. if deviation is by 1 minute, then it will be shifted by 1 row, if deviation is by 8 minutes then needs to be shifted in by 8 row. And finally that data needs to be cut and pasted in 2nd row. As shown in the demo video file uploaded. In case of no deviation(i.e if time starts from 9:16:00), no modification required for that series of data. IF there comes an extra row 9:15:00 (as present in 2nd series), COPY the whole data (from 3nd row to 377th row) in that series to 2nd row. And finally that data needs to be cut and pasted in 3rd row. As shown in video file uploaded. Data is subject to change overtime. In that case macro may be run manually and same process shall be repeated when previous data is erased and new data is entered.
