Scraping Project for Data Research

Hi, We have a requirement to scrape URLs and Content from those URLs for some research and demographic type research files. The method is kind of unique though. The search parameters need to use the UULE Base64 parameters. Doing this manually, one would normally go to [login to view URL] and then put in the keyword search, choose the country and then the city to see the results. We then need to collect the URLs displayed on the first 3 pages. Once all the URLs are collected for each state and city in the USA (for each keyword), we then need to scrape the content on each page as plain text. This is purely for us to use in our analysis tools, but the location specific results are vital for that analysis to be accurate. In total, there are 50 states in the USA. There is probably about 30,000 cities within those states. We have about 18 keyword terms that need to be used with each city/state. We don't really need data base for all 30,000 cities within the USA. We would only be looking at getting the data we need for cities within states that have 70,000+ population (so we would provide that to you). So each city search of each of the 18 keywords would need to return the URLs for the first 30 results. The search settings in Google could be set to 50 so only one search would be needed, but the UULE parameter would need to be accurate to return the correct results. We don't need all the results back in one go. We could receive them back one state at a time (we are flexible). We have hired people to do similar tasks in the past who used C# etc. We don't mind how you do it (you will probably already have something good to use to make the job easy anyway).
