The Task: Research product opportunities on Amazon UK based on criteria provided to you. You will pre-select products and enter them into a spreadsheet together with related information. Before the assignment starts, we will teach you our own method of searching for products. In your application, please let me know, what experience you have that relates directly to this role? How long does it take you to find 10 good products (based on your own criteria)? Who we are looking for: We are looking for a dedicated and pro-active person. You should be able to follow simple instructions, but also seek to understand the underlying intend and thereby strive to improve the intended results. Your "must haves": - Previous experience in Amazon product research - Good English skills - Solid attention to detail - Strong analytical skills - Good knowledge of MS Excel - Willingness to apply own thinking to improve the intended outcome Your “Plus” ("Nice to haves"): - Understanding of Amazon management in general, e.g. PPC or listing optimization (for future work) - Experience with sourcing research, both products and suppliers - Good understanding of what physical criteria makes good private label product Perks: While this is a single project around product research, we are looking for a on-going long term business arrangement. In the beginning, the role would be part-time, as needed (probably somewhere between 2 - 5 hours per week). But the goal is to turn it into a full-time VA position within 6 to 12 month down the road with different kinds of tasks. These tasks will most likely also deal with eCommerce and Amazon, e.g. identifying new trending products ideas, shortlisting suppliers, managing PPC campaigns, etc. Please start your application with the keyword wizard.
