In column C it should tally the number in row 3 for lines that are highlighted green. For example in row 17, the Tally in column C is 24 because the 4 green cells in row 17 are adding the QTY above it in ROW 3. If a date in a line cell is not highlighted green it should not be included in the tally (column C) For your reference in column C the tally has been manually calculated to show what the forumula should automatically calculate.
