In a 8 hour working day you can do about 100 leads so it would take about 100 days to get it done. Relevant Skills and Experience at $0.02 you are only paying 200 dollars for a nearly 2/3 month job which is honestly quiet ridiculous. The going market rate is 0.2 per lead.
