We need a high level executive assistant to support a team of 10 in a very fast pace Certified Pubic Accountant and Law Firm. This is a very structured environment so you must have very thick skin and able to move accurately at a very fast pace. There are many moving parts and being this is 100% virtual with very limited phone interaction it can be tough. We require the following to apply:
Very Detailed Written Communication Skills, Excellent US English Grammar, Punctuation and Format
Advanced Microsoft Office Product Skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access
Quicbooks - must have advance skills as it relates to payroll, bank reconciliations, posting A/P, A/R and running reports for mgmt as needed
Able to create executive level weekly status reports to be given to Board of Directors
Zendesk Software Skills - Advance Preferred! This is the foundation of our company if you cant use at a advance level you really will be loss in this environment and before frustrated
*Removed by Admin as it encourages offsite communication which breaches our Terms of Service * We use this to communicate all day - we do not use mic or video just typing
Must have US phone to set up appointments and call clients, vendors, etc as needed for confirmations or other business related items
Lastly, able to work in high pressure environment since we work with very tight deadlines

It is important to note that having worked for a company in New York for more than two years as Accounts Receivable Supervisor, qualifies me to handle this task very successfully.
I have decent English and communication skills. My IT skills are quite decent. I have used almost all software on the cloud out there.
I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can remain connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day without interruptions
