Hi, I wouldn't recommend you usage of macros and storing data remotely to another Excel file. Why? - Because it is easy to unlock macros so one could easily find out path to remote Excel file and access it, modify or delete... Would you consider creating light survey website instead of Excel and have administrative access to the website to either review data or export it to Excel? With this budget that is doable. Therefore I would like to offer: - create a survey website - create link which can be sent to users to fill in survey data (by the link itself you would know which user completed survey and which did not) - administrative access to the survey site to manage data: review, export etc. It would be more professional comparing to Excel file...
