Greetings James Kudlovich! Being a full time freelancer working exclusively on Excel based projects, I work on such Excel based tasks every single day. Point 1 (Drop Down Tiny text issue) is directly related to Zoom setting of the Worksheet. I notice that all worksheets other than SUMMARY are set to 50% in Page Layout View. By simply changing it to Normal View at 100%, you would find that the text is readable. Point 3 is tricky given the amount of data need not necessarily be the same across the sheets. However, if awarded, we can discuss and implement the best possible option. I have 18 years experience in using Excel as part of my daily work life. Hi James, If I understand your project completely, you are looking for some automation of templating and User Interface improvements. As well as automated print layout formatting and other such corrections. I have previously developed Risk Management Plan (RMP) templates within Excel that actually use a GUI Form for user input that allows full customisation of the GUI. I think that this approach would solve your tiny text issue and allow the flexibility you are after. As for the layout and printing options, I have a great deal of experience in ensuring that the output document is formatted against very strict requirements (government departments). This should mean that I have no problem achieving the resizing and standardisation of your templates for printing. Can you tell me which version of Excel and what O/S this needs to be compatible with?
