Copy Terms and Phrases from PDF to Excel - Use Find and Replace for Formatting Duplicates

We are having some forms translated from English to other languages. These translation services charge by the word. To cut down on our cost, we are having only the unique terms and phrases translated. The format for the work shall be according to the Excel spreadsheet provided "Form Terms and Phrases - Duplicates Highlighted". We need each question or label to be placed in individual cells. Everything will be placed into one column. Forms I-765 and G-639 have already been transferred to the excel. Review these forms and compare to the spreadsheet to get an understanding of how the rest of the data should be entered. You may find duplicates that weren't highlighted in the spreadsheet provided. This was provided as an example, it may not be perfect. Highlights - RED - Duplicate words or phrases (ex: "Date of Signature" or "Last Name") - GREEN are the first phrases in the list that have RED matches further down -ORANGE - Phrases with similar, but not exact matches We will review these orange highlighted phrases when you return the work to see if they should be translated or omitted. The phrases "Form G-28" and "Form G-325" are similar so they are BLUE/ORANGE matches. Also, "Full Name of the Subject of Record" and "Verification of Identity and Subject of Record" are BLUE/ORANGE matches because the phrase "Subject of Record" is in both and is a large part of the phrase. Also "Requester's Signature" and "Requester's Mailing Address" are BLUE/ORANGE matches because they both have Requester's which is a major part of the phrase. This does not have to be perfect, just try to find phrases that are mostly similar. -BLUE are the first phrases in the list that have ORANGE match(s) further down We need to find matches across all forms. So for example if in I-765 the phrase "First Name" is found, we need that highlighted in GREEN and then if "First Name" is found on N-400 further down the list, we need that highlighted in RED. Use the "Find and Replace" feature for doing this work. We have included a PDF explaining how to do this, you can replace the cell with the same text and highlight in chosen color. We need these forms entered into the excel G-28, G-325, G-639, G-1145, I-130, I-130a, I-485, I-589, I-751, I-765, N-400, and N-600. They have been uploaded along with the Excel template and PDF explaining how to do "Find and Replace" with formatting.
