Hello, I am about to start a fundraising campaign and have a number of target investors for whom I need to reach out to with new materials and to schedule meetings. The project will be completed in three phases: Phase 1: Perform research and populate [login to view URL] CRM database * send emails and/or make phone calls to investors and investment firms on list provided and identify the best person to send our materials to * research additional investors not on the list who may be a good fit for our next investment round based on criteria to be provided once you get started * determine whether target investor or fund has any alumni from either McKinsey & Co. or Kellogg GSM * find out the investor / investment fund's investment criteria to add to the CRM database notes (sector, technology types, * decide if the investor is a fit with our company, technology, stage of development, pre-revenue status, investment size ($250K - $5MM) - list relevant target investors as "Lead" and "Investor" statuses in Cloze and investors we will not be contacting in Cloze as "Inactive" and "Investor" statuses * populate the CRM database with the best person to contact as well as anyone from McKinsey or Kellogg (Full name, fund name, address, phone number, email, assistant name/number/email) * populate the CRM database with any investment criteria you found on their website or asked for and received * Prioritize McKinsey and Kellogg contacts for me to contact before Phase 2 begins Phase 2: Make contact * Prioritize investors in [login to view URL] * Create templates to send materials to different investor types (individual, family office, VC, corporate, etc.) * Work through investor list one at a time by personalizing each message to each investor with their names and company information, referring to either McKinsey contact or receptionist or someone inside the company with whom we have spoken with * Follow up on messages sent one week after sending initial messages (and some interval afterwards until we get a 'no thank you' or get a meeting scheduled Phase 3: Schedule phone and in person meetings

Hi there, I can only give you 15 hours a week on this project to help out. I can make the calls via Skype from the UK. Id need a script so that I can understand your service offering a bit more.
