We have a website that we would like to capture the information for the following,category, subcategories, name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, website address, etc. Please see the attached file for complete details. If you can do the job and complete timely, we will pay a bonus. Also, we would need a sample as we have had problems in the past with people who say they can do the job, but delay delivery and then don't supply the correct data.
