Local job: Organize our event in Vienna on June 29

We need someone in Vienna Austria to organize our event on June 29, 2019. The event is a genetics conference for researchers. It is from 9:30am to 7:30pm. There will be approximately 20-30 people at the conference. The tasks involved would include: Setup: -Test the projector, bring a laptop to connect to it with all of the presentations. -Place brochures out on the tables, a sign on the door, and name tags on a table near the door. -Be available to answer the phone in case any of the attendees has difficulty finding the venue or room. During the conference: -Welcome people and answer any questions -Take note of any missing presenters and adjust the presentation schedule accordingly -Give a short 3-4 minute introduction speech explaining how the conference will operate -Load each PowerPoint presentation on the projector and invite the presenter to come to the front Our budget is $130-$140.
