Our FedEx shipment was hod by US FDA, and didn't get the FDA Notice of Action, here is the information: Reference: Entry number #799-9027349-0 Shipment waybill: FedEx #396675802070 Contain product: Digital forehead thermometer, qty: 500 We have full required documents including the Certificate of FDA registration, FCC, Test report, etc. But we can't reach to FDA. So we need someone to help us with this, you may need to: 1. Contact FDA compliance on our behalf and get what's the additional information they require. 2. Contact FedEx on our behalf and finish the clearance. 3. Reflect the situation to us.
