Good day, I have over 12 years of experience on Moodle which is part of my elearning experience with over 18 years. I can do all the project, but there a couple of points that we need to discuss before providing an accurate bid. I do not like to give a generic bid like others. Azure based linux systems should be fine accompanied with proper hardware for the server, but for 150 employees, then you do not need more than one server, one will be enough to do everything on it. The most important part is the integration with you current system, in which I will need to access the database to read from it in order to reflect to Moodle, there are much details about this. Also, the planning, logistics & ect part, we need to discuss this part so it is not going to be a misunderstood part from you relying on Moodle features.
