Legacy FORTRAN code to be optimised (memory allocation 32bit to 64bit), de-bugged and recompiled with intel compiler under Visual studio and VB.NET UI using Azure team server. UI does not need to be modified. Local (GB) preferred. Longer term partnership required as project is complex in mathematical/engineering calculations that are being done and will take time to learn (although no changes are required to the logic). Maintenance and code robustness required.
