Hello, I'm an experienced chemical engineer although I'm new to freelancer, I have done many Industrial projects. Which include material Balance, Energy Balance, Equipment Design, Simulation, and Control. I have done three projects one is the production of Styrene from catalytic dehydrogenation ethylbenzene, 2nd is Dimethyl ether production from Methanol dehydration and the 3rd one is Production of hydrogen from water gas shift reaction. I have extensively in mathematical modeling using MATLAB, Excel. I have deep knowledge of slurry bubble columns, conversion of syngas to methanol as I have been working in this area since last 3 years. I have already developed a micro-kinetics model to convert Syngas to Methanol, solved it using MATLAB and validated against published data.

The complete MATLAB model will solve the detailed hydrodynamic and heat transfer model with reaction kinetics. The entire code will be written in easy-to-understand format and parameters can be changed easily. Plots will be made for all the important parameters. As a chemical engineer who has worked in this area for 14 years, I will also provide suggestions to improve the model further.
