I have a greenhouse with a swing open vent that I need to be able to set an internal temperature for it to open and close. A light-duty linear actuator is perfect to do so, but in order to control the opening and closing, control of the circuit polarity determines the directionality of the actuator. This is beyond my skill set, and I need a design to build such a system, ideally using an open-source control board and hat.
I am using a 110v (standard US plug) heating and cooling thermostat, with a plug for heating and a plug for cooling devices. I would prefer this circuit to utilize that system rather than building a dedicated temp sensor and controller system. That way I can also use those same plugs for other temp control devices (with a plug pass-through). Here are the components.

if they build the system themselves, the linear actuator and temp control system i can buy myself, so long as it's ready to connect.
Knowledge of both open-source (arduino) hardware and 110v hardware is preferred
Hi,
I have gone through your project. As it happens i'm currently working on another similar project
please leave a message so we can discuss the timeline and budget further
Thanks
