[NB: This is not a list building role] I run a B2B lead generation business that businesses use to outsource the admin tasks required for B2B lead generation including list building, email account setup, copywriting. We provide the resources needed for them to do it themselves or offer a done-for-you service. The focus on our service is quality and not quantity e.g we build targeted lists of 500 relevant prospects with 90% accuracy not 5000 email addresses with 60% valid rate. I have multiple clients and not enough time to do everything so you're applying at a very exciting time! I've worked in marketing for many years and am very active on Linkedin and you will be able to help me scale my personal brand to drive more leads to the business. Job role Project manager needed for growing B2B marketing agency Growthwarriors. You will be the front-facing part of the business, speaking with existing clients on email, chat, and zoom video calls (please only apply if you feel comfortable talking fluently on video calls) There will also be an element of speaking with new inbound leads (not cold calling etc) and assisting the CEO who will closing them into new clients. You will have excellent English speaking and writing skills. As well as speaking with clients, you will be communicating with contractors to ensure they're delivering work on time and with high accuracy. You will need to be able to check their work before submitting it to a client. Account management tasks • Using project management system [login to view URL] to manage clients. • Slack communication between internal team members. • Checking marketing collateral, feedback to designers. Operations tasks • Checking existing processes are up to date. • Creating new process lists for contractors to follow. • Fixing process lists when steps are misunderstood. • Invoicing and [login to view URL] management. • Updating website (we use [login to view URL] a very simple CMS) • Social media updates e.g Youtube and Linkedin. New business tasks • Updating CRM for CEO to make follow-up calls and meetings. • Linkedin inbox management. • Calendar management for CEO to maximize time with prospects. • Email management and responses to our outbound campaigns. The CEO will be available for a weekly call, however, this is a self-managed role, with the responsibility to make the best decision at the time. Hours Initially, this will be 10 hours for the paid trial, followed by a 20 hour a week part-time role for 3-4 months. If the contract goes well, I'm looking for someone who would want to grow into a role, and go full time eventually as the business grows (we're getting new client enquiries every week so very possible)
