The more information you provide the better the outcome. I've done several robot based vision applications with both ABB and FANUC robots. I've written vision applications that perform dimensional measurements of parts, locate parts in the FOV for guiding robot motion, identify defects on parts, count parts, and more. I can support robotic and machine vision applications with Cognex Insight Explorer as well as VisionPro. I use RoboDK and RobotStudio for simulation, design and programming. If you choose to use a Cognex brand camera, I will need to know the model number of the camera. If you choose to use another brand I can support you in VisionPro but you, the customer will be required to purchase a run-time license in order to deploy your application in the field. When the time comes I can help refer you to the appropriate sales personnel and I will be available by phone to support commissioning, deployment, and debugging. My rate for all aspects of robotic application design, electrical design, mechanical design, simulation, and programming is 100 dollars per hour. I am based in the US and my hours of operation are from 6pm to 12pm M-F and from 9am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday.
