Project is a micro plastic injection machine that works off a Nextion display that allows the user to interact with the project.
2x stepper motors needs to be controlled and to be set when at max distance. Heater bands needs to be able to be set in settings to desired temp. project needs to be automated after all settings have been filled in. Push buttons will bee needed as well but will all work on the nextion UI. An external water pump must be able to be controlled via a relay.
The layout has been designed and only coding is required. A full description of the UI will be supplied. sample images of the UI attached. We will need a list of what will be needed excluding the steppers, drivers, heater bands and the nextion screen. I'm also not sure what micro controller is best to use.
So in steps:
I need the following
- Micro Controller to control 2x stepper motors, 3x heater bands, 2x Relays
- Nextion to comunicate with arduino as per the UI
- Limits to be set manualy by user
- Settings to be adjusted and saved
- Counter for parts
