Hola . Interesante proyecto. Puedo hacer los cálculos de los elementos que se usaran en el circuito tales como los capacitadores y la resistencia, al igual de la elección del tipo de rele que soporte un suicheo de 2MHz y la corriente de drenaje en la descarga de los condensadores. Por otro lado, debe calcularse el sistema RC para que la descarga sea lo suficientemente rápida para que quede el capacitador idealmente con 0 Voltios cuando comience la nueva etapa de carga (aun en los casos mas extremos de 2MHz). Pregunta: Este proyecto es para alguna aplicación de uso real o es para algún tipo de ensayo? I will do the simulation in LTSpice as it is a great free software to simulate circuits like this in. For the switching components I would use MOSFET's as they have relatively low voltage drops over them due to their low RDSon Values. Also unlike IGBT's and BJT's they do not have thermal runaway. I would need to know the value of the load resistance as well as the Capacitor sizes as this determines the currents that the MOSFET's will have to be rated for.
