We need to develop a telemetry system using ARDUINO MEGA 2560 and/or Raspberry Pi 3 B+.
The inputs for the system will be various sensors (digital, analog, hybrid, etc).
The output will be delivered localy (equipmend with screen), maintanance handheld equipmend and remotely to web page. Each output module will be capable of showing selective parameter in general the local monitor the most important, the maintenance handheld more parameters that will assist in problem solving and repairing and the web page monitoring will be capable of creating more complex data and stats monitoring. Connection to handheld will either cable or wifi, and to webpage by wifi, ethernet or GSM module (if not internet provided)
WHAT NEEDED TO BE FABRICATED
1) the main blog diagram with all connections
2) a schematic plan with detailed parts and connections so can fabricate to full project from the scratch
3) the handheld monitor equipment proposal plan
4) the local monitor equipment proposal plan
5) the software needed for running the web page with all data that have to be stored and visualized by certain formulas. The visualization should have the ability to the admin user to enter a formula, select which data to use and select how they will appear (clock, bar, graph, line, etc) and where. The end user will just log and see what they are allowed by the admin. There is also need for app to run in smart phone for the end user.

Dear Sir,
I have read all the requirements of your project, and I can deliver what you need. Please note that from what I understand you will have to use both the Arduino and the Raspberry Pi, as the Raspberry Pi is excellent for the server work but much weaker than the Arduino when it comes to hardware interfacing. Actually, The Arduino MEGA has much more ports than the Raspberry Pi and the Raspberry Pi doesn't have any Analogue inputs.

Your project relates to a more complex telemetry system which serves as an equipment for an UAV system. This type of system is what am I dealing with, since a while. In this case an Arduino Mega + wifi shield should probably be sufficient do to the job. The local monitor could be an LCD screen to show the necessary data on the go and for detailed data an html script showing all the variables could be used for maintenance and debugging. In my opinion there is no need for separate app on the mobile device since all the data would be accessible via the html page.
I can supply all the coding if I know what kind of sensors are being used for this project plus a detailed description of the wiring of all component involved.
