I need an active (12v DC power supply), low noise, low frequency (1Hz to 10Hz) receiver/amplifier (3V peak to peak output) with a low pass filter set at 12Hz. I need the design, schematic, and PCB design in Altium. The PCB will need to be 28mm wide. Length and layers are flexible
