Im not a qualified electrician so i can't complete this work for you but you either have a bad breaker/bad wiring or an appliance that is drawing more then the breaker is specified to handle. Usually this will be 15 amps unless your are using a specifically wired circuit to handle a 30 amp load. Im sure you want this done as cheap as possible but for the safety of all building occupants you need to get a qualified electrician to look at this and check the current draw of the appliance causing the over current event. If you have time to chat i would be happy to spend a little time with you figuring out if it's wiring or an appliance but legally you will need a certified electrician to fix the issue and if it's a faulty appliance you should disconnect and remove it immediately for your own safety and that of any other occupants of the building. There is a high possibility that you have a faulty appliance or wiring that is pulling more current than the circuit/wiring is designed to handle or possibly degraded wiring causing a current spike. For your own safety please get this looked at by a qualified electrician or at the very least go get an inline circuit breaker to confirm a faulty appliance. All the best to you.
